Moreish anti-inflammatory mocktails

For those of us partaking in ‘dry January’, it’s still nice to enjoy a cocktail. Let’s be honest, water can get a little boring so we’ve created these ‘mocktails’, packed with healthy anti-inflammatory ingredients like ginger, antioxidant-rich berries and herbs to keep you hydrated. Wake up feeling great the next day with our marvellous mocktail recipes.

Grapefruit & Ginger Mocktail
2 oz fresh squeezed grapefruit juice
A pinch of fresh grated ginger
Soda water
A lime wedge
Optional: ½ tsp raw honey

Mix the ginger and grapefruit juice and honey if sweetening it. Add ice, top with soda water and a squeeze of fresh lime.

Blueberry Mint Mocktail
2 oz unsweetened blueberry juice * or any unsweetened berry juice
A few leaves of mint
Coconut water
Soda water

Muddle the mint leaves with the blueberry juice. Add ice, top the cup ½ coconut water and ½ soda water.

Rosemary & Cucumber Savoury Mocktail
1 sprig rosemary
1 lime
3 sliced cucumber, peeled
1/4 lime, juice and rind
Soda water

Add sliced cucumber, rosemary and lime juice and rind, muddle with spoon. Add ice + soda water. Top with lime wedge and rosemary.
