Hi, I’m Rose! My passion is to guide, encourage and support people in their journeys towards health.  I get great joy from seeing an individual feel highly motivated to start a new, healthy lifestyle and helping them discover what a magnificent difference nutrition can make to their lives. 

Rose’s Ethos

There can be a misconception that ‘healthy eating’ is boring, bland and all about restriction – wrong! You can eat delicious and satisfying foods that also nourish you from the inside out. Changing the way you eat doesn’t have to be scary or daunting – sometimes all it takes is a few tweaks here and there, done consistently, for you to feel the difference. The focus is on having a healthy and rewarding relationship with food and your body.

The Geeky Bit

Before studying nutrition, I trained and worked as an actress in London, New York and Los Angeles. It was whilst living in L.A that I became truly excited and inspired about health and well-being and it was then I decided to return to the UK and study for a Bachelor of Hons Degree in Nutritional Therapy.

Experience

I have helped many individuals with a wide range of health concerns, including hormonal concerns, weight loss goals, digestive issues and skin concerns.
