Anti-inflammatory kale pesto

Kale is chock full of vitamins and minerals, it is also part of the brassica family which can help to support healthy liver function – the more greens the better in our book! The addition of walnuts packs in those all important omega 3 fats too.

  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and whiz until it’s creamy - that’s it!

Serve with wholegrain pasta, as a dip with vegetable crudités, or stirred into spiralised and gently cooked courgette for a tasty bowl of totally green goodness 🙂
