Instructions
  1. Scoop out the avocado flesh into a large bowl and mash with the lime juice.
  2. Add the salt, cumin, and cayenne.
  3. Fold in the onions, chilli, tomatoes, coriander, and garlic.
  4. Ideally let sit at room temperature for 1 hour to let those flavours marinade in but if you’re in a rush don’t worry, it’s totally edible straight away!
