Warming turmeric & ginger tea

 
Turmeric and ginger both have natural anti-inflammatory properties and on a cold day, this cup of tea will warm you up from the inside and out, it’s also great for the digestion.

Instructions
  1. Add boiling water to small saucepan
  2. If using fresh ingredients, grind the turmeric and ginger in a pestle and mortar (or whizz them up in a small blender) and add to the water.
  3. Reduce heat, and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in your milk then strain into a cup and sweeten to taste.
